If you have ordered within that window, you can expect to see traffic delivered within 24 hours at the most, but more likely within a few hours. If you have questions about delivery timing, we ask that you first check your email. Sometimes there is an issue with a URL that needs to be resolved prior to us beginning your campaign. Or, reach out to us directly to inquire so that we can address any issues and/or provide you with a better idea as to when you might see traffic start.
When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email that contains a bitly link that you can use to track your order. You can use this, in conjunction with Google Analytics for most website traffic orders. For Alexa Ranking Traffic specifically, you can track your order on Google Analytics as well as via Alexa.com.
We try to be as flexible as possible for our customers and often honor these requests for no charge. However, it does take time and effort to make changes to an order, so we reserve the right to charge a nominal fee. Note that we value your trust and as such, no additional charges will ever be invoiced or assessed without your written agreement prior to us making requested changes.
